As part of the sustainability initiative taken by The AIMS Institutes and SUNFO Global, the AIMS Centre for Sustainability had conducted the AIMS – SUNFO Global Summit on Sustainability on the 7th of February 2023. The theme of the summit revolved around SDG 4 – Quality Education and SDG 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
The Chief Guest for the event was Mr. P.H. Ruwan De Silva, Governor of International Relations @SUNFO Global Federation, Chairman/ Managing Director SIRIPALIE Contractors Pvt Ltd. The summit was also graced by Dr Hari Krishna Maram, Digital Brand Ambassador & Chairman at Vision Digital India. In the Summit, our CEO and Principal Dr Kiran Reddy was presented with the Special Award of Partnership Goals Achievers Recognition between Sri Lanka & India. Additionally she also recieved the High Award of Appreciation recognising the Life time services rendered for the people of Srilanka. Accelerator Certificates and Identity cards were also presentwd to Dr Kalpana, Dr Jayashree, Prof Anitha and Mr Bhaskar Sailesh. Overall it was an amazing event with lots of learning.
