ABOUT GELP
Global Emerging Leadership Programs (GELP) is a Canadian social enterprise aimed at developing leadership programs for students and young professionals. GELP aims to create leadership programs that focus on skill and career development.
GELP collaborates with universities, colleges, high schools and educational institutions around the world. They have over 48 post-secondary partners globally and a reach of more than 1.2 million secondary and post-secondary students. GELP is the host to many leadership programs including the Global Virtual Summit, the Global Marketplace, Explore the Leader in You Competition and Global Leadership Camps – Education Abroad. This past year, GELP launched the Global Campus Chapters Initiative which is an interconnected network of student-led groups
committed to advancing leadership development, career and skill development, and fostering a global community that aligns with the UN sustainability goals.
This two-day International Conclave for Students on Leadership aims to inspire and equip the next generation of business leaders with the skills and mindset required to lead in a dynamic, interconnected world. The event will feature a panel discussion with an industry representative to foster real-world insights and interaction between students and industry leaders. Through keynote speeches, interactive workshops, and experiential learning leadership activities, the conclave will offer students an unparalleled opportunity to learn from experts in the field, engage in discussions about leadership challenges, and build networks with peers and professionals. The event is designed to not only enhance leadership capabilities but also bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.
